Love my coworkers, I like most of my service leaders, assistant managers are rude and i dont get how they get away with talking to young teenagers like that. Pay is very unfair considering all the managers do is sit around and dont help us. we only get 6% cashback ONLY ON HANNAFORD PRODUCTS.

Interviewer was very nice and wasnt very difficult

Most of them are very nice and encouraging except for two people who let power get to their head

they do a very good job when a rush happens, and is friendly and cares about our needs (most of the time)
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
we are freindly and like to joke around with eachother alot. Except managers dont like it. Sorry maybe if we were paid more i would be more professional
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Treat. workers. better. better benefits. managers need to do more. pay higher. our turnover rate is so high it feels like we get a new group of workers every month.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Most companies, even mcdonalds pays more than hannaford does. target and walmart employees are more rude and do less work and get paid more. other companies get a certain percentage off of EVERYTHING not just 6% CASHBACK ON HANNAFORD PRODUCTS. a cheap shot to get us to use rewards. very undervalued
