Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Despite an increase in sales Hannaford reduces staff leaving a few of us to do the work of several people and thus we should be paid relative to the increased work load.

Im not making a livable wage and I cant choose my hours to be full time I need to have an open availability so I cant even work part time

coworkers are fine, however once in a while someone is always lazy and you gotta cover for them. Or they get mad you throw their freight for them

It required next to no effort as the company is desperate for workers who last longer than a few weeks.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
There is a massive disconnect between the corporate office and in store workers Corporate does not care about working conditions or fair wages. The general work force has become an army of deposable people and a never ending supply of kids who have no work ethic. Learn to value the dedicated workers
