What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Hands on expeirience,upper management has idea what actually goes on,or how processes are executed in day today production.They have no idea of who the people are,who actually work for them.They manage through "Policy" making,and people manipulation.

They fail to utilize our talent in our company. People are put in leadership based on qoata, not skills. Hiring someone off the street instead of promoting a veteran in house

What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Remove "Affirmative Action".Upper Management needs to have a better understanding of what the workers do in their day to day jobs.They need to quit hovering above us,and just hoping everything works out.

I never had an interview,I was hired as a Temporary Worker,I was brought on right off the street.
