What are some of the best things about your team?
For the most part, my coworkers are chill but I am in my early 20s and currently everyone I am working with is 50+ Up to 70
working together willing to help and teach
works well as a team, generally speaking Always a few exceptions, but they are rare
Some of my team is ok. Their work ethic is good even though not always effective.
Question makes no sense .
Keep to themselves and work
Everyone seems to work well together. Everyone has their best qualities and as a team we get everything done in a timely manner and with a great quality.
Flexibility in scheduling if needed
Most coworkers have your back and will come to your aid!
The people working at any location are amazing and are the only thing that people typically look forward to.
All things considered, even after being screamed at and belittled, the team itself is positive and always smiling.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
To worry about their positon and business and not to get involved with spreading my business all over the store. It statts with managers of depts and spreads arojnd the store and its nobody else's business when I call out to be spread around the entire story for everyone to know
The language barrier is a real problem

Management needs to care more about their employees!
My supervisor is cruel and never brings us together, only brings us down.
They dont show up or time or do their jobs correctly
They need to be trained properly. Management needs a complete rework. Alot of the front end is thrown together and no one knows what they are doing. Epitome of "fake it till you make it". Sad.
Sensitivity training towards poc and lgbtq+
Coworkers right now have been hired because they were family or friends of people already working there. Results in favoritism and turning a blind eye should problems arise.
High turnover rates because of low pay and poor hours.
It's open season for people to run to the manager with outrageous claims. If your not in the "clique" your guilty, if you are in, no worries whatsoever. The stores are in serious trouble, go to Market 32, much better place
Most managers know little to nothing about their area of responsibility.

A lot of my co-workers are slow. I love them, but they need to work faster, so I don't have to. Our manager is not good at discussing this issue with them.
