Leadership has complete disregard for the people at the bottom, who produce everything and have the ideas to keep the business strong.

Associates are not properly recognized. They can buy us as much pizza as they want, but it doesn't substitute for real appreciation.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The pay here is very low and benefits are reduced every year. Very deceptive in how they market that to us as well.
