One big global family - there feels like a shared respect no matter what role, region or race you come from

Down to earth and inclusive. They keep it real with everybody, there doesn't feel like any hierarchy or status separating leadership from everybody else

Supportive, intelligent and completely down to earth. We share insight and help each other out and overall, have a laugh and get on well together

We sell and support a great product that reaches millions of people everyday - we lead with innovation and insight and i'm so proud to wear my brand

True Cornerstars! We connect and interact globally and are fortunate to attend events together to build friendships across the shores. Many super cool and super intelligent peers.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Sales comp plans are really good. But its more than money, this company invests in worklife balance, wellbeing and development. Swag is a plenty and i'm honoured to wear or use it with pride.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We are a family on a global scale. The company finds ways for us to connect and socialise throughout the countries. Its a really inclusive company and makes huge efforts in being so, and takes care of its people from all walks of life.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Inclusive and transparent - everyone is counted and made to feel part of something special. Business updates from our Leadership team are frequent and transparent. I love how our leaders are part of the Cornerstar community, they don't act like an "us and them", we are one.
What did you like most about the interview process?
I had 5 interviews in the space of a week! Its amazing how inclusive they make it - touch points with co workers and managers so you both get a feel whether you are a good fit. This process alone sold me on Cornerstone. So many positive conversations during the interview process - I wanted in!
