They treat us with respect and fulfill their commitments.

Time off is the best.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Individuality is the best part
What makes you most happy at work?
The people and the product. We are delivering a world-class solution, and get to interact with exceptional customers and internal teams.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Didn't get a raise this year - they do not give yearly raises consistently. We are also under what industry standards are for the roles.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Incredible smart and dedicated team here. I love (for nearly the first time in my career) having a true team of likeminded people to ask questions to and partner with.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
It is a bit early to tell with the new Leadership, but every indication is that they will keep the best parts of Cornerstone running. We have awesome people, culture, and traditions.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Legacy culture is amazing. Tough to top it, and thus far have seen nothing new which is awesome. None the less change didn't strip us of the traditions like unlimited time off, sabbatical, and wellness days.
