The overall experience has been decent, I would appreciate more of a path to advancement in the company and more of a raise.

Better compensation would make me feel more secure in my personal life. Atrium is Women Owned, but the comp isn't enough to support a single female, therefore, I don't feel empowered by my female CEO. More PTO days would be a benefit too since the job is stressful and effects my mental health often.

Great vibe and team, overall an enjoyable place to work. However the pay scale is not great and i think to retain team members and better our talent, we need to offer more competitive rates and bring our internal compensation up.

I appreciated the company trip they put together but I think there could be more open communication and dialogue about how we are enjoying our jobs and other things we may need such as more training, more WFH flexibility, etc

I was not given a raise in 2020, and then the raise I got in 2021 did not make up for the lack of getting a raise for a year. I believe I should have gotten a larger raise since the company said they couldn't afford to give one in 2020 but then sent us to a 5 star resort as well.

Paying employees the actual market rate/what they are worth. Ex: based on marked research, skills, tenure, & degree I should be making $15K to $30K more than I currently make. It makes you feel under valued when you look at market research.

I feel compensation overall is not equal amongst roles and there is no true identifier for why someone has higher compensation over others in the same role.
