The overall experience has been decent, I would appreciate more of a path to advancement in the company and more of a raise.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
There has been a lot more emphasis on mental health and inclusivity which has been nice.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
My job doesn't require a lot of interaction between coworkers, but coworkers could help clean up around the office more.
What makes you most happy at work?
I enjoy the complimentary snacks at work, but would appreciate if we were not forced to go into the office if we don't need to.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I appreciated the company trip they put together but I think there could be more open communication and dialogue about how we are enjoying our jobs and other things we may need such as more training, more WFH flexibility, etc
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I was not given a raise in 2020, and then the raise I got in 2021 did not make up for the lack of getting a raise for a year. I believe I should have gotten a larger raise since the company said they couldn't afford to give one in 2020 but then sent us to a 5 star resort as well.
