Everyone works so hard and is reliable and accountable. We can depend on one another and we all have such great synergy!
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I'm happy with my compensation, but I am definitely looking for our benefits to be improved. That would be my biggest feedback.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We respect each other. Everyone's voice is heard and appreciated. New and tenured staff alike have a place at Atrium and everyone has an opportunity to contribute and make a difference.
