it has ups and downs. im very grateful for my time here, my managers and to be trained by such amazing people, but counter that the extreme burn out ive felt and loyalty ive given to the company seems less and less receprocated the longer im here and more i learn about other recruiting companies

The compensation package as a whole is good. However, base salaries are low compared to others in industry. I likely could get paid more at another company but I love working here and see benefits beyond compensation.
