Collaboration (sometimes too much), openness, team environment. My colleagues have turned into some of my best lifelong friends.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everyone likes to have fun and at the end of the day, truly cares about one another in addition to our Associates and clients.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The compensation package as a whole is good. However, base salaries are low compared to others in industry. I likely could get paid more at another company but I love working here and see benefits beyond compensation.
