Everyone is supportive, fun, and genuine. They are friends - not just people I work with.

What makes you most happy at work?

Great co-workers/friends, being challenged in my job, a boss who understands me and who actually cares.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Paying employees the actual market rate/what they are worth. Ex: based on marked research, skills, tenure, & degree I should be making $15K to $30K more than I currently make. It makes you feel under valued when you look at market research.
