What do you like best about the leadership team?
I like the management style at Syapse. It is very low stress, someone is always available to help you or talk to you about any issues there may be. I believe this helps us want to work harder and produce quality work.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
A higher rate of pay would make me feel better. I've been approached with higher pay on a few occasions and I feel I deserve more.
I would like to see my salary to be comparable to what other companies are actually paying for the work that I do weekly.

Fair flex time policy and compensation

Even though we work at home I never feel alone. There is always a meeting (required or for fun) to see familiar faces.

I like to do my own thing, get in my groove and be productive. I feel like Syapse gives us that freedom while still keeping in touch.
