Our desire to grow as a company and prove the value of real-world evidence to improve outcomes for people with cancer.
Everyone is nice. We do a lot of meetings where people keep their cameras on and engage with each other non-verbally as well as verbally. We stay in touch outside of meetings via Slack, which people are generally very quick to respond to.
The company encourages acknowledging the accomplishments of others - how are we helping each other out.

Everyone seems to be bought into the whole mission and message. A nice variety of people with similar interests that have their own slack channel to discuss.
The culture use to be a positive but as the company grows it is less of a comfortable environment.
