Our desire to grow as a company and prove the value of real-world evidence to improve outcomes for people with cancer.

Everyone is nice. We do a lot of meetings where people keep their cameras on and engage with each other non-verbally as well as verbally. We stay in touch outside of meetings via Slack, which people are generally very quick to respond to.

The company encourages acknowledging the accomplishments of others - how are we helping each other out.
