What's the work from home policy like at Syapse?

Syapse transitioned to a Remote First workplace as a result of the pandemic. What does that mean? The default working arrangement is now Remote. We'll still bring the whole company and team's together from time to time.

Every current leader in the engineering group was promoted from within, so pretty good I'd say. There could be more visibility in to career growth tracks for ICs, but our HR person presented on it recently at all hands, so its coming I guess.
Pretty good considering the amount of turnover.
