Even though we work at home I never feel alone. There is always a meeting (required or for fun) to see familiar faces.

We are all here for each other! No one ever acts like you are bothering them. We encourage everyone to reach out for help/questions.

I like to do my own thing, get in my groove and be productive. I feel like Syapse gives us that freedom while still keeping in touch.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I like the management style at Syapse. It is very low stress, someone is always available to help you or talk to you about any issues there may be. I believe this helps us want to work harder and produce quality work.
