I was hesitant at first working for a small, younger company, but Syapse has shown they are in this for the long haul and are willing to do what it takes to hire great people and retain them. Having extra "Recharge" days off to make sure we are all de-stressing & taking care of ourselves is great.

I love coming to work every day. I enjoy the work I do and feel like the work I'm doing contributes to cancer care.

Kindness and openness. I feel I'm included and contribute in the success of the company.

Even with working remote, there are activities to bring us together. Love the swag as well.

I have co workers that I can ask for help and will give direction without judgment or criticism.

Every day is different and challenging. Not having a daily commute takes a big chunk of stress out of my workday.

The leadership team promotes and maintains an inclusive and kind culture. They care about the individual and understand that it's the people that make the company.

We all care about each other even though we are spread across the US. We are all working towards the same goals and we all feel we are making a difference.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Love the unlimited time off. I don't take a lot of time off all at one time, I like to take long weekend trips. Not have to worry about and counting hours of PTO eliminates all the stress of taking time off.
