What's the company culture like at Talkdesk?
open, quirky, mature, fast paced
open, transparent, even though there are some naysayers who eventually leave and are replaced with stronger people who are a better culture fit. Recruiting needs to do a better job of weeding out those bad seeds in the first place.
Hard to define this as there has been no attempts by the company to do so. The culture varies a lot from team to team. Generally the team is nice and everyone is friendly. But everyone serves at the CEO's pleasure, so the culture revolves around keeping him happy.

everything. all have pros and cons. Marketing needs some direction because the hires have been weak.

They respect him, others don't get him but that's what they said about Einstein.
He is a rare breed. Yes, he is on the younger side but he knows more about the business than others think. He is well in tune with what it takes for the company to succeed and there is no way he will accept anything less than that, which is great job security. He's not everyone's cup of tea but he's an acquired taste. Either accept it or acquire some new taste!
