Why Talkdesk
they want to be sure you understand the business and that you can speak to it. They also want to be sure you have the tenacity to stick it out. It's a startup but they are more mature than other tech startups

same as any HR dept - not sure if that's good or bad
they try to do this discreetly but sometimes it is difficult as people will chit chat

Product has a strong VP who is freaking awesome
There is no leadership in Product. The Director of Product left over a year ago and the position has not been filled.
