The base salary is good however in terms of commissions I think the package could improve

My team is always there to help and they are talented on what they are doing, so this really inspires me to grow!

We work in a multi cultural environment that embraces the difference and open communication in all the company (from employees to C levels)
What did you like most about the interview process?
They scheduled a session just to speak about the compensation package and to explain every detail. Usually, there are some tabus about speaking in money, but everything was really clear to me when joining Talkdesk.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
What I like best in my leadership team is the empathy and trust communication. More than knowledge and inspiring people, my managers are truly leaders who open communicate with us who help us to develop as professionals and human beings
