Should not determine one's value only by one interview, because the interview is filled with subjectivity from both interviewer and interviewee or even cheating in an interview, the evaluation must adjust in time by the performance on recent work, or else it may be not benefited for the longtime.

I think many of what I am doing are quite easy, I can do these in the earlier stage because I am new, but these could be assigned to the younger guys in the future(Maybe 6 months later)
