What do you like best about the leadership team?

Diversity; our leadership team is 50% women and 50% men.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

Very inclusive of opinion, but no one opinion is louder than another.

What are some of the best things about your team?

Humility. The people at Talkdesk are great to work with and everyone is very humble.

What makes you most happy at work?

Having challenging problems to solve with the freedom to choose my own methods and solutions.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Total comp seems undervalued to industry, no 401k matching, and no performance bonus. I don't feel there is much incentive to over-perform.
