Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
This is an interesting way to phrase the question, because for me these two things influence each other. My low compensation is what makes me feel undervalued. Base salary & bonus are significantly lower than the market rate for my location/experience.

This new "village" mentality makes everyone feel bought in; people willing to recognize other people for their hard work and contributions

my sense of accomplishment when reaching goals that will impact the growth of the company

Talkdesk has a great work from home culture, so being able to work from home makes me happy. We have fun Pet Show and Tells, and other get togethers that embrace and celebrate being an inclusive, fun, virtual office.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Too much work for one person; essentially doing two jobs; decisions from the Product side are not well thought out; pace is unreasonably fast, I call it "unecessary choas"; Product needs to focus on foundational improvements vs bells and whistles; product marketing needs more people and less product
