Recognizing the people that put forth 100 percent like me and every year of service give like a 1.50 per dash increase. Now that gas is outrageous I go on dashes an loose money cuz I don't wanna drop in ratings. My truck isn't Gunna last another year. We need help with a hybrid car finance package

I would feel better if there were more insentives when I started last year my area had all kinds of insentives now there's barely any. Like I said after a year of service you should get a automatic 1.00-1.50 extra every dash. When I started I made about 16$hr now it's about 9$. I need car help

Not paid enough. Sent to far. Support doesn't even try to help to do the best they can to compensate. And support people act like they don't understand what's being said whenever a complaint and said.
