What is the best part about your compensation package?
I like the equality of the Treat Yourself benefit. It allows an opportunity for folks who do not have children or commutes to still gain a benefit. Instacart also covers a higher percentage of Health Insurance cost than anywhere else I've worked.

People really do care about each other and everyone seems truly invested in other people's growth, even on a personal level. We're encouraged to set personal goals like "be more personable" or "chat with people just to get to know them, not just when there is work" for our own growth

My team and the workflows we have.

I'm specifically working on bringing fresh groceries to people in communities where that access has previously been limited. I know that each time I launch a program, XX number of homes can now access fresh food that couldn't before and I'm proud of that work.
