Review from Operations Dept
They need to understand that we are people first. Newsletters celebrate tone-deaf "wins" of keeping minimum wages down through government policy lobbying. This is not demonstrating value of our shoppers, who built our business.

Review from Engineering Dept
Compassion and understanding of the company and culture that was built before they came in.
Review from Operations Dept
The Head of Recruiting needs to do better by caring for his team. It doesn't help that he is so disconnected and can't seem to read the room. We see efforts but there is still much room for improvement. More honesty and more transparency please!
Review from Operations Dept
Appreciating their employees; saying "thank you" every now and again would be nice. Professionalism is also something that is lacking amongst the leadership team. Lastly, being able to thoughtfully answer questions around diversity and other topics is something that they can improve on.
Review from IT Dept
Stop putting policies in place that hurt our shoppers and corporate employees, all to line their own pockets. Raises are awful, we're worked to the bone, and our executive team makes deliberate decisions to hurt shoppers in the name of profit and expect us to take the blame for it.
Review from Customer Support Dept
Upper management seems out of touch with Atlanta call center. It seems all of the goals for the company benefits San Fransico and not Atlanta. The Atlanta Leadership team does seem like they care about our needs. MORE COMMUNICATION is needed!
Review from Customer Support Dept
Clear and consistent communication across departments.
Review from Operations Dept
I am on the Recruiting Team and I have no idea what my leaders are doing all day. They are absent from their desks, not present at meetings, and don't communicate well. They need to be better at connecting with their own team.
Review from Operations Dept
Listening to their teams/orgs/company. Decisions are made in a vacuum and don't include important people and their experiences. This company seems to hire smart, experienced people, and then stands in their way.
Review from HR Dept
communication, strategic planning, and vision
