What do you like best about the leadership team?

a simple document to be signed is taking forever..

The human resources work hard to keep dashers satisfied.

Have to fix so many stuff like navigation

The leadership team is so down to earth and very supportive and understanding. I love the leadership that I work with in my department. Empathy is a gift, but can also be learned to an extent. This department requires empathy and support. Leadership has been helpful to our growth & development.

They are reliable always available super friendly

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Management has no interest in cultivating long-term talent or investing in quality teams. Get rid of the rotating career consultants and their buzzwords and install real people leaders.

Communicating with each other and education

Treat workers a d customers with actual respect. Pay your labor fairly. Don't allow and/or encourage support to lie to end users.

Everything communication with higher ups

At answering question normal and not being so rude to the drivers when they call

Looking into internal issues such as constant glitches with the app.

Hiring inside the company, instead of outsourcing

No one hears from leadership. Who is leadership? When I ask to speak to a manager, I can't get one on the phone. When I need guidance on how my job works, there is none. Leadership? Doesn't exist for dashers.

No team accountability when things go wrong with the App & has nothing to do with the dasher.....dashers won't be paid..or payment will be wrongfully held for a day. App design & functionality fail. Ratings wrongfully effected in a negative way that has nothing to do with dashers work performance

Need to be able to contact someone other than customer support who reads off of a script

There is no way to contact them.

The drivers do the work without them there wouldn't be a company maybe treat them with some respect and maybe get a customer service system that actually works

Give access to supervisors that we can complain about unprofessional agents

Understanding the reality of the driver's job and to allow them to be compensated when doordash/the doordash app makes the error. I have several times already been lead to wrong locations, told Id be half-compensated by a rep, then it didnt happen, they mis-categorize it & say im not eligible. Awful

Worse company ever created my man.
