There was a time when Doordash would listen to their employees they no longer do that and it is very disheartening.

The technology involved in the process of hire facilitates calibration. It gets it done!

To answer this question honestly, my favorite part about the interview process is always learning about the positions I'm interviewing for. However; I'd like to add that the interview process is average to difficult. I love it, but it can be challenging. Some question are difficult to answer.

It didn't take long at all

As a contractor, I was alive with a valid driver's license. No moving violations or criminal background. So enjoyed the ease of getting in after checking all of that. I'm wondering about the parameters of those background checks on some drivers that I've met.

What would you improve about your company's interview process?

There needs to be a way to confirm that the person signing up is the person driving. I've had a man who was supposed to be a woman deliver my food when i received a 50% off for dashing. That person is taking up the room for me to make money honestly.

PAYING PEOPLE THEIR MONEY ON TIME

Actually make any attempt at all to screen terrible drivers with zero personal responsibility.

The process is fast and very easy However that means that professionalism is very limited

DoorDash has deactivate my account and has fired my for false repports that I have express and even shown them that my rating has been good all year and no i got 5 violations after an incouner with an aggresive customers that i have reported, I look at he voliations and it said that I was late on m
