What are some of the best things about your team?

They have been insulting and defaming my character with a support group harrassing me

There are no coworkers here

What co-workers? I don't work with anybody else.

They know nothing about what the online application say they don't know the support articles they say things that are constantly just made up and are in fact off in the indicative opposite of anything that's established in there useless liars useless liars

We should have team meetings and other coworkers need to be held accountable including managers

Nothing it's not the workers it's door dash

Workers that I have to interact with don't exist we dash alone it would be nice if I could get someone who is not an outsource call center to help me when I'm in need though

I don't have company meetings to my knowledge and I don't have coworkers I don't know any fellow dashers we don't know each other in this town if there is a meeting or a dash or thing and we've never been told about it

Hire professional agents who can do their job without lying and stealing your money and wasting your time

Solo job but company and phone support are terrible

Unsure. I never interact with anyone, except dash support. They are polite and listen, but it's unknown if they follow through with any of our issues.

They need to be more available to help new hires.

Its the customer serivce rep workers . No training . No customer skills , are rude , click on you , lesve yoy on hold , dont care about your issues not the slightest niether do the supervisors
