I am not feeling undervalued but my manager has no consideration for me. He has his own lobby and support 2-3 persons provide them opportunity and there is no value of hardworking and honest person despite handling most difficult part that is closing.

In GE people are talented but works individually not as team , lack synergy. People are experienced and understand what they do but have habit of throwing of their liabilities in others. Lack accountability and not understand timely generating revenue is very important for company survival.
