data based mindset needs to be improved. disciplined problem solving method is lacking
Review from Operations Dept
I often get hostility from my coworkers when I have ideas for new projects. They think that the projects should be owned by them not by me.

Review from Engineering Dept
stop working as a group and work as a team, if everything goes back to believing in this company
Review from Product Dept
Some need to grow up , start learning how to think, and stop expecting others to spoon-feed everything. Most people only care about a very small part of what they are asked to do and do not see a big picture, thus any advise on improvement is denied because "it's too much work".
Review from Operations Dept
take interest in why we are doing something rather than blindly follow orders
Review from Engineering Dept

Review from Operations Dept
My direct coworkers are pretty technically skilled but in some cases not willing/able to learn new skills that could improve our team. They also lack what I consider basic human communication skills and do not always seems genuine.
Review from Engineering Dept
coworkers need to learn better techniques. Need to apply LEAN 5S. Even though we have been trained in LEAN 5S need to apply. Less team building (gossip meetings). Adhere to review process (in writing), for all specifications and software. Including factory test software.
Review from Engineering Dept
Most of the coworkers i interact with are drive obly by economic reasons. They do what they do for money. Which leads to situations like "they dont pay me to go over that extra mille"
Review from Operations Dept
We could have better communication. Less complaining and more taking responsibility
Review from Operations Dept
improve communication and work as a team
Review from Engineering Dept
Everyone is overloaded, stressed and under pressure to bring in cash. This leads to internal conflicts, tense meetings and finger pointing.
Review from Legal Dept
Transparency is becoming a hype word BUT the reality is that there is little to no transparency. Everyone plays its own play without considering the others even if they ask for their feedback and inputs. I can only ask that Transparency becomes a reality not a slogan.
