understanding department work load, space and equipment inadequacies, then helping remedy these huge hurdles blocking efficiency.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Our building is OLD. There is no room to effectively produce the volume required daily. I personally haven't had ONE break, not ONE, in over two years!!!
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
What interview are you asking about? If you are asking about getting hired, the people our store has hired in the last few years have mostly been let go because they lack basic skills.
