What does the leadership team need to get better at?
I'm still learning. They are asking some questions infront of everyone. Then i missed at least one answer they threatened me let's see what will happen next like that. They never talked me in polite way. This is the hardest period of my life

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The way the staff works together to stay organized whether the managers are organized or not,management is the biggest issue at the organization,the manager in charge of scheduling has purposely not given me any hours for a month because I picked up a second job. I didn't quit nor put my 2 weeks in

What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Respect every people. New or old. It takes some time to know everything for new people. I beg from alshaya don't put anyone for the training period to mirdiff. They are abusive

What did you like most about the interview process?
I interviewed by other manager. I got my shift there Mirdiff. They keep asking me what is your salary and how he interview you like that. If there's any problem with me qualifications how i passed my interview.
