Full time employees get a 20,000$ company paid life insurance, with 50k and 100k pay in options available. Health insurance including optional vision and dental is a reasonable rate, and enrollment process is easy as well. PTO benefits for full time employees as well as paid holiday hours.

I feel undervalued because I was trained in every area, i have full open availability, i do my job well, and i have minimal complaints if any i personally dont know if i have any. Now thats ive put in my 2 weeks the management have been rude to me, but ive been asking for more hours since last April

Kohls pays $5 less than the other major retailers where I am at. Instead of raising out wages, we are getting one "bonus" of $200 at the end October, but only with specific stipulations. The work-pay ratio is way out of proportion.
