I really liked the job when I first started. Everything was good but then they started dropping my hours and I had talked to multiple managers about the problem and the conclusion they came to was my personalty wasn't bubbly enough.
What did you like most about the interview process?
I liked the environment there before it wasnt the same again.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I think the most positive is my coworkers we all do get along well.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
I think whats going wrong in my situation is just the management. I'm not sure how to improve it
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
I think getting better at giving workload equally they really only ask the same people to do special projects. They let alot of people just do whatever they want at work and get mad at specific people
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel undervalued because I was trained in every area, i have full open availability, i do my job well, and i have minimal complaints if any i personally dont know if i have any. Now thats ive put in my 2 weeks the management have been rude to me, but ive been asking for more hours since last April
