They are all great people for the most part
Willing to listen to their other fellow workers
The leadership team at the store I work at is very supportive of each other. They work well together and are supportive of the employees. Of course some managers are better than others. Most are appreciative of the work the employees do.
Our store leaders do the best they can with what is given to them. They treat us nicely and understand that the workload is impossible to fulfill. We couldn't ask for better leads and managers
They are all good at their jobs
Kind, caring, friendly, knowledgeable, fun
Sense of security within the team
The leadership team is good.
Openens with the employees .
open communication , some times open feedback
Hard and figure out and learn new professional
Employees are very friendly but the main manager she’s a rude and unprofessional manag
They are very kind and understanding with my work schedule and availability due to my children, one of which has special needs. I feel they are really flexible and down to earth. I do enjoy my leaders.
They are always willing to help or answer questions. If you did something wrong they address the issue snd help you to fix the issue and tell you why what you did is wrong sometimes.
I like the way that everyone picks up each other's slack. If someone is behind in their duties, you know there will be someone there to help.
Everything. They know how to communicate
Very helpful and always ready
Review from Sales Dept
They listen to your opinions and very helpful
Most recently, they're starting to listen to their employees
Everyone is very friendly! And always happy
Be more communicated, and learn how to manage. Nobody hears us and changes things on how its supposed to be
More workers more help more time
Everything!!!!!!!! Plus the fact you had to get so many people signed up for a Kohls card to get more hours and pay is bull. I got MAX 10 hours a week. Plus I was told I was hired in as a permanent part time. Only to be told I'm seasonal and had to scramble to find another job. I have a kid
Communication, and instead of Gossiping actually do their job
Stop discriminating against some of their employees.
They need to get better at managing their people. They allow too many people to run over them and tell them what they are going to do. They don't actually do anything to fix any of the problems.
Not intruding on personal lunches about work
They need to treat there employs with dignity
Training new hires, building a decent team
direction and communication from managers
Kohls needs to be more understanding of their employers and most importantly they need to care. If they state they are "flexible" with a college students schedule then they must stick by it instead of going against their own word.
Everything honestly half the time only one person knows how to do everything and that is ridiculous. The leadership teams need more training
Communicate with the team and not have preferences.
Review from Sales Dept
Being fair with everyone and avoid favoritism.
Communication. There is none. No one is forthcoming.
Review from Sales Dept
listening to their employees and not abuse their power
Treat their employees with some respect and don't talk down on new associates.
Many many things in our store
Training is a must; kindness would be nice.
