It was a long time ago. Was a panel of store execs.
It was very friendly and the questions were easy to answer.
Simple and straight forward when she finaly asked me back. Waited 20 minutes after scheduled time.

I had a phone interview and really liked that option so I didn’t have to find child care and come in and be judged off my looks. I almost wasn’t hired though because I’m a mom, and can’t work weekends at all due to my spouses job. However am available all week 9-5. Thankfully I got call

HR needs to be more involved in internal interviews that take place. Letting a team's manager select all of the interviewers makes things very difficult for internal moves when that manager influences the other interviewers' opinions prior to meeting the candidate.
