The leadership team at the store I work at is very supportive of each other. They work well together and are supportive of the employees. Of course some managers are better than others. Most are appreciative of the work the employees do.
Our store leaders do the best they can with what is given to them. They treat us nicely and understand that the workload is impossible to fulfill. We couldn't ask for better leads and managers

Better pay, hour lunches. If Macy's and Walmart can do it and smaller companies, why can't kohls.
More money, I am making minimum wage and I work hard hours and get yelled at for making a mistake
I did multiple jobs more than what I'm even supposed to and while I am working, I have to watch other people just standing around doing nothing well management does nothing about it. They even allow people to drink on the job and do nothing about that.
I put in hard work and im shown with reduced hours. I would like it if i got my hours back and a better manager

Managers dont understand how it affects us daily on having no products for customers
There is no structure management does not have anything under control. They don't value the good employees that they actually have that do their job they're about numbers but yet they criticize the wrong people for not working and do nothing about the individuals that do nothing all night.
