What are some of the best things about your team?
They are human beings, also.
They are friendly and hardworking
The year round workers are like family. We all get along and back each other up in our departments. Without them I don't think workers would stick around
Respect, caring, and helpfulness are common.

On the people that I work with are amazing, they strive to get their work done but on the other side of the week is with us everything goes downhill because they don't feel as if they need to work or do anything because they're allowed to do whatever they want
Everyone else besides my managers. They have brought the store in redmond washington down and now they are bringing down the one in snohomish washington

We are a diverse group and get along well. If someone needs help with something they only need to ask and someone is willing to help out.
We all work extremely hard and take pride in our work. We have, honestly, become a family. We take care of each other and rely on each other. That is the only reason I still work there.
They are fun to work with and are good at their jobs, at least a few of them.

Need to be more accountable and ready to help.

If they would do there job and help more.
Coworkers seem to be avoiding customers at all costs, and are quick to be irritated. They often leave you doing heavier work loads if you allow.. there is also a few “veteran's” who want to work in fast paced areas, as supervisors without the title. Unfortunately that leaves you feeling al
If you're training people actually train them don't pull them in 10 different directions
