What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
My coworker are the most positive.
The people are positive and friendly.
The people. Like I mentioned before the only thing that keeps employees here are the other employees.

Supportive field leadership. A clear real vision.
Close your doors, permanently. They are rotten to employees
I feel as if they need to get rid of all of the management that they have half of the managers are friends with the employees and allow them to get away with way too much and then a good workers have to do double the amount of work because of this

The new hires sit on totes talk on the phone
Theres a particular associate which is the lead for registers. Shes horrible. She talks about associates and says rude things that make myself and my co workers uncomfortable and managememt nor HR has done anything

Employees need to be valued and not treated with disdain and mistrust. Training is highly inconsistent. Associates are not empowered to make decisions and everything needs to be approved by management. Management gets annoyed if Associates call them too often for this approval process.
