What are some of the best things about your team?I am truly blessed to work with a team of Associates that are so hardworking, always providing the best customer service even at times when the customer isn't the most pleasant. My coworkers are special and patient and super professional:)
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?Kohl's has to consider increasing the salary for all employees. We are, unfortunately, receiving low income in an escalating economy with more outcome than income.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?Kohl's should consider more frequent raises and/or a better salary. I work with associates who work really hard , are extremely dedicated to Kohl's, and deserve more than an occasional 'pizza party. I have never been able to enjoy Associate Appreciation Days because I cannot afford to shop:(
What does the leadership team need to get better at?Interacting with the staff, responding to and assisting the associates in a timely manner.
