My store manager tries her best but so oberwheomed but upper management demands of her thay shes constantly running aorind trying to do all of her daily tasks to keep store running smooth with limited time. Cooperate needs to visit the busier stores and run it themselves in various shifts to get it

What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Communication with the rest of staff. And if someone is working in kitchen. Dont try and make them come in when they are sick. Just in general dont make people who are sick come in. Not too add if someone is wanting to go to the er for something. Let them go. Just make sure they have a doctors note!

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Nick sets people up for failure. Not enough training I haven't been paid yet. I was told that it was up to him to do my wisely pay card they told me that part was his job and still nothing.

Because of how I am treated and how horrible I am made feel when I try to call out sick for mental health reasons. I don't need to be paid more, I just need to be respected as an employee at the store I work.

Communication from management that isnt snide or hurtful. Perhaps management that knows the proper procedures and follows them.

District Supervisor needs to be checked. District managers have no clue what real interactions go on between managers & Supervisors. They only get info (which could be false/unfair) from the supervisor. If the manager were to contact the District manager directly, the Supervisor could hold a grudge

It starts with the employees you build a team that work together great that can work as a team and pick up whenever the other ones slowing down to have a fair scheduling

Clean up the store . Hire people that want to work. And managers that want to work. .not get high on the job.

Corporate. Management. Lack of workers on busiest days and shifts. High demand of products and continual addition to that demand. Start keeping tabs on your store Managers. Make sure your area supervisors and regional trainers and actually HELPING and are actually capable of working in a kitchen.
