I like the company. Just wish I could get a raise after the couple years I been there I do so much h in my store. I been a manager for 9 months almost a year but it took 7 and a half months before I got my manger pay fixed. I feel something needs to be done about it. 2 yrs no raises. Bs

We all talk to each other when tings need to be passed on to other team members
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
My customers and the positive comments they say to me. I have multiple ones that only come in when I'm there
What makes you most happy at work?
My customers coming in and as they enter I'm always saying hello and when done I say thanks have a good day/night
