I work my butt off for 600 every 2 weeks because of benefits take 300 off the top. Cant get any state assistance because I make too much they bass my income off of the 900 instead of what I actually take home.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?
District Supervisor needs to be checked. District managers have no clue what real interactions go on between managers & Supervisors. They only get info (which could be false/unfair) from the supervisor. If the manager were to contact the District manager directly, the Supervisor could hold a grudge

Removal of the favoritism that allows this harassment to be perpetrated needs to be removed. I honestly don't know the best way to solve this issue but at a minimum that change needs to happen.

Better leadership. We need leaders who show and lead by example we don't need people who don't care about the company. All they do is make sure they have a body there so they don't have to work. They do not train at all.

Overwhelming work environment. Kitchen worker should not be expect to work alone on busy nights. It is best to have 2 people on kitchen. One for cooking, other for elsethings such as help with cashier as needed.
