They are very patient flexible hardworking and a joy to work with
Uplifting and ready to help employees learn.
The amazing boss that I have.
Most of our management team works to be helpful to team members
District manager is cool as heck laid-back and understanding, but seeing as how she doesn’t wanna lose her job gives him completely to whatever the DM says. The assistant manager is below the GM vary in performance and effectiveness in all areas., most of which lie within the above average rang
Communicate well and find solutions to any problem
My leadership team is amazing except for one person
They work super hard to make the store successful and demand loyalty from their team members Some of us have had to work 10 to 11 hour shifts due to scheduling hours we are aloud. If someone calls in sick we have no staff to replace them so who ever is already working works till their relief comes
My leadership team gave me positive encouragement. They were caring and supportive during a very hard time in my life
They have great morivational techniques
Everyone is good room for growth
They are wonderful workers. And do their job good
They are kind and understanding.
They care about their employees
They do the best they can as to us all
They can be fun to work with if everyone showed up for work or on time, and if they would do there work requirements.
I appreciate the management's consistency in willingness to help their workers
very easy to communicate with
Willing to help when help is needed
Management needs to get together and discuss the procedures of the company. In a year and a half of employment none of the information given from manager to manager was consistent. Retaliation is taken against employees for speaking up; work hours and days are reduced., or threats of termination.
Addressing problems without bias to friends.
Leading by example and being honest with their employees
communication is key and if you do not have people skills you should not be a manager
Caring for their employees and not just their bonuses.
Instead of only having the managers and general mangers back how about all the employees
New manger someone that's cares about the store
They are terrible at managing. They mess up scheduals. They've set kids to close very night for a week straight, they get mad when we take off or ask for less closing shifts, they don't give people breaks and say that we don't need them even when some of us work 7-8 hours.
Better training ,stop hiring just anyone, reward loyal staff.pay Better and update your stores.
They need to care more about the employees. They need to do their part as a manager and helping run the store when needed to. They also need to lead by example and not have attitudes or punish you if you speak up about the way that they are treated. They should be held accountable for their actions.
Empathy and compassion toward workers.
Review from Operations Dept
Honesty understanding and equal opportunity
Working in general... There is no sense of team work at all. They leave it all for one person
Putting the employees that are hired where they were told they were hired for!
I don't know I wish I could tell me
Learning how to make the schedule fair for all,not just himself.
Being leaders that balue employees
A different general manager would help.
Coporporate alignment with company policy
Proper team managment and dealing with the emploee's
