Speed up the hiring process
Stop telling me to resubmit my application because you guys can't find it. I got an email stating call the store to set up interview and they couldn't find my application. This went on for 3 weeks and I should have took it as a sign.

Not take them in the back room maybe meet somewhere else seems unprofessional to do it by dirty dish rags
Interview the person for the job they applied for not for the job you want to force them to do so that you can let them go as quickly as possible.
