What did you like most about the interview process?

it was rushed and was told what to enter or put in

It was easy and effective

It was real talk not sugar coated

I grew up in Des Moines close to the corporate community and I knew about Caseys

Loved it and really enjoy it

More interaction as a human being instead of a robot.

Needs to be more cooperative

I wm not sure about that.

Not take them in the back room maybe meet somewhere else seems unprofessional to do it by dirty dish rags

Interview the person for the job they applied for not for the job you want to force them to do so that you can let them go as quickly as possible.

Better back round check on work history

Have someone with experience do it

Screening the employees and hiring people who care about their job.

Actually do background checks maybe start drug testing

Less cladses online and more one on one training

Didnt have an interview before i started

Stop telling me to resubmit my application because you guys can't find it. I got an email stating call the store to set up interview and they couldn't find my application. This went on for 3 weeks and I should have took it as a sign.
