I think something needs to be done about our store manager. Goes against policy, breaks rules
Managers should expect the same work load from all employees, and not make excuses for the ASM And the ASMs daughter.

They need to understand the manager isnt doing the right things people should get days off to be sick and when they out a 2 week notcie they shiuld be able to work not get no days on schedule to work cause she put it that way

Hold managers accountable. They need to set the example. Not talk and do no work but belittle the employees constantly for one thing they didn't do. Acknowledge all the stuff they did do. Not just ignore what was done.
Everyone work as a team instead of against each other. Have the schedule planned more than a day in advance.
Get new management . That has experience in running a business
