You need to get ride of the kitchen manager and the store manager
Management needs to get together and discuss the procedures of the company. In a year and a half of employment none of the information given from manager to manager was consistent. Retaliation is taken against employees for speaking up; work hours and days are reduced., or threats of termination.

Even though I point out things per shift still get i am working extra because what I say goes in one ear and goes out the other faster. If we can do our jobs we can succeed. But you have friends when getting written up gets torn up in the trash this store will not survive

Its a new store and were sll new working together to get it figured out and have good time along the way,sometimes we get it wrong the first time but we're learning how to do it the caseys way.isnt hard just different, i tell everyone we get paid to do it the casey way.
Everyone brings something to the table, in the end they will.all work together
