Very negative and severly impacting my overall health. Mangers have no sympathy or empathy for floor workers and how hard working can be
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
Make it friendly and a shorter amount of time.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Better communication within the store, better co worker attitudes and team ethic. There seems to be no team work ethic or respect in general.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel undervalued because my store and food assisant manager always seem to make me feel like I am at any and all times uncompetent and easily replaceable.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The patient and understanding customers, but not all are like that. Me and my co workers have been threatened by customers many times and my manager has done nothing.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Understand where floor employees are not at all satisfied with the hours and the lack of empathy for floor employees for their hours and how hard working for this company can be.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Overwhelming work environment. Kitchen worker should not be expect to work alone on busy nights. It is best to have 2 people on kitchen. One for cooking, other for elsethings such as help with cashier as needed.
